Thank you for shopping at RXs to Go. This Shipping Policy outlines the terms and conditions related to the shipping and delivery of your orders. Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to addresses within [United States & Canada]. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

2. Shipping Methods and Costs

We offer one shipping method, which is:

  • Standard Shipping: 10-21 Days, and a flat rate of 15 Dollars

Shipping costs are flat because we are trying to cover as many sinerios as possible. In some cases the rate would be higher and in others lower but many of our clients buy in bulk and we have found this to be the way of least friction

3. Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. We will notify you if there are any delays in processing your order.

4. Shipping Time

Shipping time depends on the shipping method selected and the shipping destination. Please refer to the estimated delivery times listed above. Please note that these are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

5. Shipping Restrictions

Certain medications may be subject to shipping restrictions due to federal or state regulations. We will notify you if there are any shipping restrictions that apply to your order.

6. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to track the status of your order online.

7. Delivery

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or other factors beyond our control. If your order is delayed, please contact the shipping carrier directly.

It is your responsibility to ensure that the shipping address is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for orders that are undeliverable due to incorrect address information.

If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failure to pick up the package, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs and any additional shipping costs to resend the order.

8. Lost or Stolen Packages

If your package is lost or stolen, please contact us immediately at [support@rxstogo.com]. We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue and, if necessary, file a claim. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages that are delivered to the correct address.
