Refund and Return Policy

Thank you for shopping at RXs to Go. We strive to provide you with high-quality products and excellent customer service. Due to the nature of pharmaceutical products, our refund and return policy has certain restrictions. Please read the following policy carefully.

1. Medications

Due to safety and regulatory reasons, we generally cannot accept returns or offer refunds on medications. Once a medication has been sold, it cannot be returned for reuse or resale. This policy is in place for patient safety and to ensure the integrity of our medication supply.

2. Over-the-Counter Products

For non-prescription items, such as over-the-counter medications, vitamins, and personal care products, we may accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The item must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.
  • The item must be returned within 14 days of the original purchase date.
  • You must provide a valid proof of purchase, such as the original receipt or order confirmation.

We reserve the right to refuse a return if the item does not meet these conditions.

3. Damaged or Defective Products

  • A description of the damage or defect
  • Photos of the damaged or defective product and its packaging

We will review your claim and, if approved, we will arrange for a replacement or refund. We may require you to return the damaged or defective product to us.

4. How to Initiate a Return (Eligible Items)

If you wish to return an eligible item, please follow these steps:

  2. Provide your order number and the reason for the return.
  3. If the return is approved, we will provide you with a return authorization number and instructions on how to return the item.
  4. Pack the item securely in its original packaging, along with a copy of the original receipt or order confirmation.
  5. Ship the item to the address provided in the return instructions. You are responsible for the return shipping costs.

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

6. Exceptions

We do not offer refunds or returns on the following items:

  • Items that have been opened or used
