Product Information

ZOSTER 5% Cream (Acyclovir) is a topical antiviral used to treat:

  • Cold sores (fever blisters) on the face or lips caused by the herpes simplex virus.
  • First outbreaks of genital herpes.
  • Certain herpes simplex virus sores in people with weakened immune systems.

It works by slowing the growth and spread of the herpes virus, helping sores heal faster. It does not cure herpes, prevent future outbreaks, or stop transmission to others.
