Product Information

TOPAHEAL 100mg Tablet is used to treat epilepsy (seizures), prevent migraines, and manage Lennox–Gastaut syndrome (a severe childhood epilepsy).

  • May be taken with or without food, ideally at the same time every day.
  • Do not stop suddenly without medical advice, as this may increase seizure frequency.
  • If you miss a dose, take it as soon as you remember.
  • Regular monitoring of serum bicarbonate may be required during treatment.
