Ibrunat 140mg Capsule is a prescription medicine used in the treatment of certain blood cancers, including mantle-cell lymphoma and chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL). It is often prescribed in CLL patients who have received at least one prior therapy.

• Surgery: Tell your doctor if you are scheduled for surgery or dental procedures.
• Liver function: Regular monitoring may be required.
• Pregnancy and breastfeeding: Not recommended. May cause harm to an unborn baby. Use effective contraception during and after treatment as advised by your doctor.

Possible Side Effects

Common side effects include:

• Headache, fatigue
• Diarrhea, nausea, stomatitis (mouth inflammation)
• Fever, cough, pneumonia, urinary tract infections
• Low blood counts:
  • Anemia (low red cells)
  • Low platelets (thrombocytopenia)
  • Low white cells (neutropenia)
• Bruising, bleeding, hemorrhage
• Rash, dry eyes
• Muscle, joint, or bone pain; muscle spasms
• High blood pressure
• Weight loss, swelling (peripheral edema)
• Subdural hematoma (rare)
• Second primary malignancies (rare)
