Intranasal Antihistamine

Arzep Nasal Spray contains azelastine hydrochloride, a fast-acting and long-acting antihistamine. It is used to relieve nasal and eye symptoms of allergic rhinitis, such as sneezing, runny nose, nasal congestion, itchy or watery eyes, and irritation caused by pollen, dust mites, pet dander, and other allergens.

It works by blocking histamine at H1 receptors and reducing histamine release from mast cells, providing dual-action relief.
