Arkamin Tablet is prescribed for the treatment of hypertension (high blood pressure). It lowers blood pressure by relaxing blood vessels, which helps prevent future stroke and heart attack.

It may also be used to prevent migraines and reduce hot flushes in women during menopause.

Arkamin can be taken with or without food, but it is best taken at the same time every day.

  • Tricyclic antidepressants – may reduce the effectiveness of Arkamin
  • Heart rhythm medicines – may affect heart rate or rhythm
