Our fulfillment centers are located in India. By shipping these from India, we are able to provide you with lower costs overall.
Customer support is located in the United States of America, but does not directly handle any health products.
Generally between 2 and 3 weeks from your initial purchase. The variation on time can be the result of multiple factors.
Payment processing can take upwards of 5 business days to process, although it generally takes much less time.
Preparing your order for shipping, after payment has gone through, can take between 3-5 business days.
Tracking information will be provided while the order is being prepared for shipping.
Shipping time can take between 10-14 business days to travel to your home (depending on customs and processing times)
Through out this process you would be kept informed about your order. If you have any questions, before or during your order, then we recommend contacting customer support.
Currently we support E-checks exclusively as a payment option. All you will need is a bank account registered in the US (savings accounts are not supported).
To complete your payment all you need to do is provide your checking account number and routing number. You do not need to make a new account.
If it’s denied it may be related to security verification or browser compatibility. We recommend using Edge as that will work, and to not use anything that could mask your IP address like a VPN.
It’s a flat fee of 25 USD. It’s set to that to cover shipping and other costs keeping price low.
No as your order details are tied to the E-check payment information and can not be changed.
If you wish to add to an existing order then you can ask us for a free shipping coupon and we can provide you with one.
If the order is in progress then contact support@rxstogo.com and we can try to accommodate the change.
Otherwise you can change your delivery address in your account settings. Try to change this before you make an order.
Our shipping providers will provide you with a notice to instruct you on rescheduling or picking up your package from another location. You can also contact customer support for further assistance.
If you wish to cancel an order and wish for a refund please contact us at support@rxstogo.com with your order number.
Coupons with the full value of your order for future use or other amenities will be provided.
We do not operate with Insurance providers due to our health fulfillment and shipping being handled in India.
Working with health insurance would drive up prices and cause other possible issues, so we avoid them.
They are added as a result of user feedback. Our Health fulfillment centers in India offer thousands of products, so if there is one you need simply contact customer support.
These products are safe, as they are sourced from licensed and reputable manufacturers from India.
While unlikely, they could only be tampered with after they have been sealed. While boxes are not always provided if you order in smaller quantities, packs are provided 100% of the time. Check for any damage to the packs seal if you suspect they have been tampered with.
